Pendulum II

オランダ、アインドフォーベン「ヘット・アポロハウス」（代表：ポール・パンハウゼン）と東京「ギャラリー・サージ」（代表：酒井信一）の共同企画による「日本・オランダ現代美術交流展」への参加作品。オランダでの「NowHere」展は、使用されなくなった工場跡地を会場とし、オランダ人アーティスト六名、日本人アーティスト六名（グループ）が参加した。《Pendulum I》(1995)で使用した京都、元「龍池小学校」の卒業写真をスライド投影する。会場に設置した鉄製ボックス内では地元アインドフォーベンの幼稚園の映像を使用する。（参照：《Pendulum I》(1995)）

This work participated in the "Japan-Netherlands Contemporary Art Exchange Exhibition" jointly planned by "Het ApolloHuis" (Director: Paul Pauhuysen) in Eindhoven, Netherlands and "Gallery Surge" (Director: Shinichi Sakai) in Tokyo. The exhibition in the Netherlands titled "Now Here" was held on the site of an old factory, and six Dutch artists and six Japanese artists (groups) participated. The graduation photos of "Tatuike Elementary School" in Kyoto in the work Pendulum I (1995) used for slide projection. Inside the iron box installed at the venue, we used images of a local kindergarten in Eindhoven. (See the work Pendulum I (1995))
