1995年と翌年96年開催の「日本・オランダ現代美術交流展」を引き継いで、日本で開催されたグループ展「３分間の沈黙のために」への参加作品。 元「十思小学校」の隣り合う同一形態の二つの教室を展示空間としている。作品《BEACON》(1999)で使用した回転台がそれぞれの部屋に設置され、一方の部屋で回転撮影された映像が、遮光されたもう一つの部屋に送られ、周囲の壁面に回転投影される。二つの回転台の動きが完全に同期することにより、スキャンされた部屋の映像が実際の部屋と正確に重なり合い、窓や黒板、壁面の文字や写真が新たな表情を持ち始める。

Following the "Japan-Netherlands Contemporary Art Exchange Exhibition" held in 1995 and 1996, a participating work for the group exhibition "For 3 Minutes of Silence" held in Japan. Two adjacent similar classrooms of the former "Jushi Elementary School" used as exhibition spaces. The turntable used in the work BEACON (1999) installed in each room and The video image of one area taken by the turntable is sent to the other room, which shielded from light, and projected on the surrounding wall by the second turntable. By perfectly synchronizing the movements of the two turntables, the scanned image of the room exactly overlaps with the actual area, and the window, blackboard, and letters and photo on the wall begin to have a new look.
